May 2026 Monthly General Meeting – Orange County Mayoral Candidate Forum 

This May, we continue Setting the PACE for a Better Pine Hills as the Pine Hills Community Council hosts an Orange County Mayoral Candidate Forum during our May 5, 2026 General Meeting.

Join us on Tuesday, May 5th from 6:00–7:45 PM at the Orange County Multicultural Center (7149 W. Colonial Dr.) as we welcome confirmed candidates seeking to serve as Mayor of Orange County.

Our meeting will begin with official Council business, followed by a transition into the Candidate Forum.

This meeting also marks a major milestone as we celebrate 50 years as an incorporated organization in the State of Florida and 54 years of service to our community. To commemorate this moment, our partners at the West Orange Chamber of Commerce will join us at 5:30 PM, with a special acknowledgment and photo opportunity at 5:45 PM. We encourage everyone to arrive early and be part of this celebration.

Forum Format:
• 1-minute opening statement from each confirmed candidate
• Moderated community questions
• 1-minute closing statement from each confirmed candidate

This structure ensures every candidate has the opportunity to introduce themselves while allowing for meaningful discussion on the issues that matter most to our community.

Please note: Only candidates who have confirmed participation will be featured in the forum.

We encourage residents to attend, bring questions, and stay engaged in the democratic process as we continue strengthening civic participation in Pine Hills.
