Each president helped preserve the voice of Pine Hills.
Since its founding era, the Pine Hills Community Council has depended on residents willing to lead, organize, advocate, and serve. This page recognizes the presidents whose leadership helped strengthen PHCC’s role as a civic voice for Pine Hills.
Several PHCC presidents served multiple terms. For historical clarity, each term is listed in chronological order so residents, researchers, and future leaders can follow the full sequence of presidential service.
