Built by Community. Sustained by Service.

The Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. was established in 1972 by the Pine Hills Women’s Club, with William “Bill” Arthur Farmer elected as the Council’s first President. The organization united businesses, churches, civic groups, and neighborhood representatives under a single community voice.

On May 25, 1976, PHCC officially incorporated with the State of Florida under President Glenn L. Conner, creating the foundation for more than five decades of civic advocacy, resident engagement, and community leadership.

Throughout its history, PHCC has remained dedicated to preserving a clean, safe, and prosperous community while championing the voices of Pine Hills residents.
