Approved Articles & Bylaws

Bylaws amendments and revisions were approved by PHCC membership on February 2, 2021, at the PHCC community meeting.

2021 Approved Revisions

In 2020, PHCC’s Board of Directors reviewed the organization’s Bylaws and recommended updates to reflect current practice and best practices. The Bylaws were previously amended in October 2010.

  • Updated Articles of Incorporation language to reflect current practice.
  • Updated authority and limitations language related to membership eligibility.
  • Updated membership dues assessment language to reflect current PHCC practice.
Proposed 2025/2026 Revisions

Articles & Bylaws Review Process

The 2025 revisions to the Articles & Bylaws are to be reviewed and voted on by the body in March/April 2026.

Subject: Review of Proposed Amendments to PHCC Articles & Bylaws

Last year, the Articles & Bylaws Ad-Hoc Committee presented proposed amendments to our governing documents. While the notice was distributed, the matter was not formally placed on the agenda for action during the previous administration.

In the interest of transparency and proper procedure, PHCC is re-sharing these proposed amendments for member review ahead of the March 3, 2026 General Meeting.

The proposed amendments will be formally presented at the March 3, 2026 meeting.

Remain on the Table

The amendments will remain on the table for consideration and review.

Ratification Vote

A vote for ratification or non-ratification will occur at the April 7, 2026 meeting.

Two-Thirds Vote

Adoption requires a two-thirds majority vote of members present.
