Voting-By-Mail:

Request to Vote-By-Mail
*Request to Vote-by-mail: Orange County Supervisor of Elections must receive your request for a vote-by-mail ballot no later than 5 p.m. ten days before the election. For your vote to count, the Orange County Supervisor of Elections must receive your voted, signed vote-by-mail ballot no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day – postmarks do not count.

Updates to Vote-by-Mail Procedures

Vote-by-mail requests expire after each federal general election cycle. Therefore, all vote-by-mail requests expired on Dec. 31, 2024. To continue to receive vote-by-mail ballots, you must submit a new vote-by-mail request each general election cycle. See Orange County Supervisor of Elections on more info to submit a new request.

Early Voting:

2026 Municipal Elections (Apopka, Edgewood, Maitland, Oakland) Early Voting (Election Day: March 10)

Two Early Voting Locations are available for the 2026 Municipal Elections. Both sites will be open from March 2, 2026, through March 8, 2026, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily.

Secure Ballot Intake stations will be available outside of ALL locations during early voting hours.

Early Voting Locations

  • Apopka Community Center

    • 519 S. Central Ave. Apopka, FL 32703 (In the Apopka City Hall Complex)

  • Supervisor of Elections Office

    • 119 W. Kaley St. Orlando, FL 32806 (Between Orange Ave and I-4)

Early voting begins 10 – 15 days before an election. Note the locations, dates, and hours of operation vary.

Election Day

Primary Election: August 18, 2026
General Election: November 3, 2026
