His consulting work has included employee assessments, leadership development, and organizational performance initiatives for banks, regional hospitals, professional associations, and national technology firms.

Mr. Busch has also demonstrated a long-standing commitment to faith-based leadership and service. He served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Diocese of the South, Orthodox Church in America, providing financial oversight and advisory support to parishes and missions spanning from the U.S.–Mexico border to the Atlantic Coast. He previously served as a councilman within the Orthodox Church in America, chaired his parish council, and remains actively engaged in Orthodox Christian ministry.

Educationally, Mr. Busch attended St. Thomas College in Minnesota (now the University of St. Thomas), Benilde High School, and the University of Minnesota, and holds a master’s degree.
