Kenneth J. Dwyer

Kenneth J. Dwyer brings decades of leadership experience in education, business, military service, and regional planning to his role as Trustee of the Pine Hills Community Council. Has served several terms as President of the Council and has also served as Second Vice President, working closely with Orange County Commissioners to advance redevelopment, civic engagement, and community advocacy initiatives in Pine Hills.
Mr. Dwyer earned a Master of Education degree from Southern New Hampshire University and is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force.
Following his military service, he established his own advertising firm, Kenneth Dwyer II – Blarney and Malarkey Agency, where he built a successful career in marketing and communications.
Appointed by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, Mr. Dwyer served on the Citizens Advisory Committee of MetroPlan Orlando from 2008 to 2016, contributing to regional transportation and growth planning. He also served on the Pine Hills Business Redevelopment Task Force from 2009 to 2010, helping shape strategies for economic revitalization.
Mr. Dwyer’s long-standing commitment to public service, strategic planning, and neighborhood improvement continues to inform his leadership and counsel within the Pine Hills Community Council.
