Deidre Graybill
Director-At-Large
Deidre Graybill is the incoming 2026 President-Elect of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and a respected leader in real estate advocacy and community engagement across Central Florida. She is widely recognized for her commitment to advancing homeownership, strengthening neighborhoods, and developing inclusive leadership within the real estate industry. Deidre currently serves on NAREB, Pine Hills Community Council (2025) and the Orange County Nuisance and Abatement Board.
She is a graduate of the Florida REALTORS® Leadership Academy (Class of 2024), the OEP Political Leadership Institute, and the OEP Civic Leadership Class of 2025. She has served as a Florida REALTORS® Board Member since 2017 and a National Association of REALTORS® Board Member since 2018.
An active advocate at the local, state, and federal levels, Deidre serves as a Key Contact to Representative Rashon Young and Senator Lavon Bracy Davis, and as a Federal Political Coordinator to Congressman Maxwell Frost.
Professionally, Deidre is a Broker Associate, real estate listing and sales professional, and property manager serving the Central Florida market. In 2018, she was featured on the cover of the Orlando Business Journal in a special issue titled “The Color of Real Estate,” highlighting her leadership and impact within the industry.
Deidre holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in service and authenticity, guided by her personal motto:
