Standing Committees
Audit Committee
Reviews PHCC’s financial controls, audit processes, compliance practices, and governance standards to strengthen fiscal stewardship and public trust.
Membership: All Trustees
Code Enforcement, Anti-Litter & Beautification
Coordinates beautification projects, anti-litter education, code enforcement awareness, Adopt-A-Road cleanups, and community pride initiatives.
Hospitality Committee
Supports PHCC meetings and public events by coordinating logistics, guest engagement, and member experience.
Parliamentary Committee
Advises the Board and membership on parliamentary procedure, meeting conduct, and transparent decision-making.
Budget & Finance Committee
Develops and monitors the annual budget, reviews financial reports, and aligns PHCC resources with strategic priorities.
Community Outreach Committee
Builds partnerships with civic, nonprofit, faith-based, business, and public sector partners while supporting sponsorship cultivation.
Communications Committee
Oversees marketing, branding, digital communications, social media, media relations, and public messaging.

Business & Economic Development
Promotes investment, redevelopment, infrastructure improvement, business retention, and sustainable economic growth in Pine Hills.
Education & Youth Programs
Connects schools, higher education institutions, businesses, and partners to expand learning opportunities and student recognition.
Membership Committee
Maintains membership records, supports recruitment and renewals, and helps keep members informed, active, and engaged.

Adopt-A-Highway Community Clean-Ups
Oversees PHCC’s participation in the Orange County Adopt-A-Highway program as a visible expression of preserving a clean, safe, and prosperous Pine Hills.
National Night Out
Coordinates PHCC’s participation in National Night Out, connecting residents, law enforcement, and community organizations.
Annual Pine Hills Parade
Oversees planning, logistics, sponsorships, and community engagement for one of PHCC’s largest annual community celebrations.

Plans PHCC’s nonpartisan civic engagement event that gives residents an opportunity to connect with candidates and participate in the straw poll.
