The Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. (PHCC), through its Code Enforcement, Anti-Litter, & Beautification Committee, proudly participates in the Orange County Adopt-A-Highway Program. Together, we keep Pine Hills clean, safe, beautiful, and a place we are proud to call home.
