Each school semester, an outstanding freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior from a public or private high school within Orange County will be awarded the Pine Hills Community Council Student Civic Engagement Award.

The Pine Hills Community Council is proud to continue honoring the legacy of Tulie Lucretia Phillips through the Annual Tulie Phillips Endowed Scholarship. This scholarship supports graduating seniors of Maynard Evans High School as they pursue higher education opportunities. The Tulie Phillips Endowed Scholarship is proudly administered through the Valencia College Foundation. The awarding process ensures a fair and transparent selection of recipients for this prestigious scholarship.
The scholarship will be advertised and awarded for the Fall 2025 semester, with applications opening in late March to early April 2025. Specific dates will be provided as they are finalized.
